In which I tell you the GLORIOUS things people have informed me lately.
Just an hour ago, someone commented on my facebook status that 'feminism is the new patriarchy'!!!!!!!!??!! DIDN'T YOU KNOW? Now you do. Glorious!!!!! Apparently, we used to work for gender equality, and um - now we don't anymore. So. Feminists of the world, you have been informed.
And the other day, I was told that feminism doesn't bother to critique the objectification of the female body anymore. I'm sure this must be very confusing for you to hear, especially if you read feminist blog posts about this very topic almost every day, but now that you've heard the TRUTH you can reconcile yourself to the sad state of feminism today. It has failed society. And it is a new patriarchy.
